- The staff - hands down! I felt like I made a new family there! The gentleman from Housekeeping (I believe his name was John); the waiters at the SAL beach; the argentinian guy in the concierge, they have all been exceptional and professional. - The cleanliness. They literally clean the room three times a day. After every visit by the housekeeping, they leave something nice; a little toy for my baby, a sunburn gel, a chocolate. It was nice coming back to surprises by the end of the day. - Literally, almost everything. We are coming back to this Jumeirah for sure.

What's not to love? This place has it all: an unbeatable private beach, a tranquil spa, a top-class gym, a kids' and teens' club with a fantastic range of complimentary services, and a variety of restaurants. And, breakfast here is something you'll look forward to every day! Next-Level Service: Every aspect of their service is taken to the next level. I'll give you a sneak peek of some examples, but I won't reveal everything, as that would spoil your fun. Here are a few of the little things that show attention to detail: - In the heat, they not only provide water but also have a sparkling water station! - You know the motion sensor lights that usually illuminate a corridor as you step in? That would be ordinary, right? Here, you step into the corridor, greeted by light and music! - The e-butler service is excellent—quick, efficient, and always helpful. If you're on the go and need to arrange something or have a query, send your request to the e-butler and experience next-level service. - The room cleaning service is spotless and frequent, and they managed to do it all without us ever seeing them in action! These small touches show how they go the extra mile.
